We have been using this recipe for a few years now and let me tell you it is so easy to do and it tastes fabulous!
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
2 lbs uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside 1/4 cup. Slide shrimp on wooden skewers, you will need about 6 or 8 of them. Grill shrimp, over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until they turn pink, basting occasionally with the butter mixture. Remove from the grill, brush with the reserved butter mixture or use it as a dip and dip them in it. Very Yummy!!! Also work well on grilled Lobster Tails!
