Ok, so here is another really tasty recipe that I saw on FaceBook and decided to give a try. The only thing I did different then the recipe is I pan Fried my Chicken before adding it to the crock-pot.
2 pounds of chicken tenderloin chuncks
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
Combine all ingredients together, cook in crock-pot for 6 to 8 hours! That’s all there is to it!
This is a super easy and very tasty recipe. The chicken is very moist and tender. We loved it!
